Can you believe DWTS is down to the finals next HW & I, Editor in Chief & Chief Entertainment Journalist & Critic for Todo Chronicles, haven’t made 1 entry or posted 1 comment about our very favorite show on the TV Tube.
Well, part of the problem is that our brand new super duper laptop did a Crash & Burn & the hard drive went belly up. Now I’ll be #1 to admit that I don’t know what half of that stuff means. Just that the stupid thing didn’t work right & we hadda call our Geek to come help us out. She took it away for systems analysis which took a couple of days. Determined that hard drive was broken. Now I don’t know what that is but evidently it’s inside this device & not working properly. She purchased for us a new one. Then it hadda be installed. She brought it back to our Domain. We been working on setting it up just like it was before otherwise we, the Digitally Challenged Dummies, can’t use it. So there’s that.
On top of all that, it was super frustrating for yrs truly being as I have only 4 digits on my front paws & these things were surely built for humans with their opposable thumb. Just another example of Species Discrimination, if you ask me.
So anyway, DWTS . . . had the usual diverse cast of contestants. Sports Stars. Musicians. Entertainers. Movie Stars. Reality Show Hosts. PropBros. Yessiree. A diversity of cast members.
Last night was the semi-final. Schew Dawgies that was exciting. They were assigned 2 dances. 1 song picked by the pro-partner to reflect who the Star is. The other-the Iconic Dance. They hadda dance to a song that was a winner in seasons past. It was pretty good.
So between Drew & Emma. He’s the PropBro on HGTV. He knows more about renovating houses than he does about dancing. But he came a long way with hard work & paying attention to judges’ comments.
Victoria & Val. She’s very inspiring bc she was paralyzed only about 1 1/2 HYs ago. Again hard work & true grit got her up outta that wheelchair & onto the dance floor. She was very nice & very impressive.
Jordan & Lindsay. He’s a Child Star trying to learn to be an adult entertainer. He’s doing pretty good too. He just seemed to be a natural out there on the floor. Nice young man, eager to improve his craft.
Lindsay & Mark. A musician who plays the violin. I guess they told her she’d never be any good at playing her instrument but she showed ’em. Now she’s determined to learn dancing equally as well.
Frankie & Witney. Another Child Star learning entertainment in the Grown Up World. He’s also the voice for some animation movie characters. I forget which 1’s tho.
So after everyone danced 2 dances, the Standard Elimination Nail Biter. Too bad Victoria was eliminated. She was awesome. And we think she came away a Winner anyhow. We were shocked. Saddened to see her go. Now it’s down to the Final Four. Who will take home the Glitter Ball, that coveted trophy? Find out next week!
