Thanks for sharing this. I so love Constitution our forefathers set down for us. I pray for success. GMama & Annie Hope springs eternal. OK9!! What an exception in the USA – NO PROBLEMS with that many persons !!! Maybe the change is going to be for real !! I’ve been watching a lot of "re-runs" of history in the 1960’s when the message was doing things WITHOUT guns and violence yet 4 little girls & many others lost their lives. What a night last night! PoBoy and I rode our bikes down to Grant Park @ 4:30 with the hopes of watching history. We were ready to expect the worst in knowing we may stand in lines for 4 hours to enter the park to wait again to see history be made. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised to enter the park without a line (we were in the none ticket holder area, to enter the ticketed area people waited the projected amount of time) to watch the election unfold on jumbotrons showing CNN. It was so exciting! Each time CNN announced another projected win for a state, the crowd went ecstatic. The biggest explosion of excitement was when the announced Pennsylvania. The crowd new at that point that the person who we were waiting to see was going to be President. Words can’t describe the optimism of the crowd. The entire night I never saw one protester, just a sea of supporters as far as the eye could see. We felt so lucky to be part of it all! It was truly a night we’ll never forget.
